Scheduling & Cancellation Policy
To respect the time reserved for your home and our team’s schedule, cancellations or rescheduling with less than 48 hours’ notice are subject to a fee.
24–48 hours before service: 50% of the scheduled service fee
Less than 24 hours before service: 100% of the scheduled service fee
